I am pretty sure FC is where that meme came from. FC actually had an emoticon with that phrase. Another FC classic was “It’s a new paradigm. Anybody who doesn’t buy now will be priced out forever….” I actually saw that posted fairly recently on signonsandiego. The guy who posted that was piled on by furious posters who took him seriously. I just laughed my butt off.
