I’ve found a few under $90 sq/ft in San Jacinto. Around 100 sq/ft is easy to find in Hemet, San Jacinto, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Menifee etc.

You could buy a really nice (large) home for around $100 sq/ft in Riverside or Corona for around $100 sq/ft in 2002/2003.
