Lostcat it sounds like you are doing really well. It is really a no lose situation. If you hold the home and continue to rent and simply keep that AG home for the long run you will do fine. If you sell your AG home you will do okay but if you do sell your AG home, sit on the cash and wait to make a purchase for a few years.
