The tax rolls show them as 3139 and 3139-1 probably some kind of address fix after a lot split. They both have distinct apn’s. The ownership is fee simple as opposed to condominium.I say that because recently some 2 on 1’s in the older neigborhoods were made condos and sold independently. That is not the case here.
