Time to revive this post. I was reading Ben’s blog and came across this quote. “Alan Gin, an economist at the University of San Diego, said high housing prices make it harder for companies to attract employees.”
Wow, that was kind of interesting. Now I know its a bit of a tangent to his opinions in this thread, but its only taken him two years or so to start changing his tune(Maybe). Its not like I follow all the things he says, but he sure was bullish a long way into the downturn.
