One thing I think makes this location prime is it’s pretty convenient to the freeways.
One Paseo sits off of Del Mar Heights, and that’s pretty close to the I-5 onramps.. Southward on El Camino, that would give another I-5 onramp, as well as the 56E onramp.
I agree the project is bigger than I would like, and I would be against this project from it’s size. But as far as affecting property value, I really don’t think that would be the case. Plus I’m sure it won’t increase crime in the area….The police station is right next door….
