OK I will concede the point that a school in a not so good area will still be a substandard school as far as environment, activities etc…
But the difference between a great school and an OK school today will become almost nil soon.
It will be more about neighborhoods that school districts IMO.

Besides I have seen some very exceptional students come from the worse schools in L.A.
It’s a lot more about the student than the school IMO.
