I had a traffic ticket in the past and i remember from my defensive driving class that you need to be far enough back from the vehicle in front of you so you can brake safely. It’s your own responsibility because the vehicle in front may brake suddenly.

I have been in cars where the driver get enraged and starts yelling because a biker splits traffic and zooms by. Guess what? The biker is allowed to do that.[/quote]FYI, brake check is ILLEGAL. yelling is not hitting and slashing your tires.
