No, I wouldn’t leave CA because of CARB. But that doesn’t mean I like the idea of CARB. I don’t mind smogging my car. I also don’t mind having a requirement that force cars on the road to be safe (brakes, suspensions, etc). But that’s not the point. However, CARB is more than smogging.
