fyi, Bristol Myers (BMY) (my long time hold with a 4% dividend) teamed up with AZN and purchased Amylin (diabetes) over the weekend for 5.3 billion—cash. BMY stock price was up today after that layout. I think after the big pharmas/biotechs start buying out all the smaller hopefuls, the next step will be mergers with the big boys.
