The first one went pending after 4 days and was sold in 2 years ago for $355k. Listing price is $350-400k. Would be interesting to see what the sale price would be. This would definitely be an apple-to-apple comparison for 2010-2012 price.
The second one is a flipped that was covered by another thread. Flipper should make out very nicely on this one.
