2) Carriage Run(though it’s over that budget)
3) Sansonnet
4) I’m so so on Sausalito…It really depends on which one.
In general, I like
1. Derby Hills
2. Breakers
3. Sea Country
4. La Strada
This area is probably sought I believe for aforementioned reasons above. schools, convenient access to Sorrento Valley, Mira Mesa, and to the freeways…
Most of the homes in Torrey Hills are built around 1998 or after. The homes built by Williams Lyon (sp?) frankly suck.. (That is coves/shores/sands).. Pardee is OK (Saratoga, Derby Hills, Carriage Run, Bridle Ridge)…Sea Country build is Ok (thoush some had construction issues)…Sea Ridge is in same builder ad Sea Country, but in a really bad location (powerlines).
Forget who built La Strada, but decent….
Torrey Hills, is “interesting” in that it’s situated on former SDGE land…That’s why you see the power lines, the petroleum pipelines and the cell phone tower there… Nice….
