My family and I are looking at moving to the area this coming summer. We have done extensive research on this community and also looked at houses in Poway too. We’ve looked at new construction vs resales and compared the advantages and disadvantages of both. Does anyone know what the payoff amount for the Mello Roos are for this community? We’re all ears if you have any other ideas/suggestions too.
