NVDA’s time in GPU market is running out. The know it too. They are throwing a hail mary pass to get into mobile CPUs.
Market likes their performance at CES so they are up hugely. But once the CES hype wears off, do they have staying power to fight in the trenches day in and day out, generation after generation? They are fighting some big guns who are well entrenched, have deep pockets and have other pieces of the puzzle and lines of business that NVDA lacks.
I wouldn’t place by bets on NVDA at today’s price.
No interest in adding to nvidia. I’ve already placed my bets in 2009/2010. Average share price is $12/share. Now deciding what to do…Deciding whether to exit it and go into ARM… One of the (few) gambles that actually paid off in 2009/2010. BAC, on the other hand, not so well….
