I actually almost backed out, I called my wife and started screaming unintelligibly about the federal reserve right around the tome the Mers lawsuit hit the news which coincided with the end of our contingency period. She remained calm and just told me to do whatever I wanted. So I bit the bullet and figured tptb will figure their way out of mers too. Kinda like batmans tv show where our hero always seemed utterly doomed but easily escaped next time.
Ah fuck it. This is a great house. Wife agrees .. In two years if looking at maybe 100 actual houses and many more by computer this is actually the nicest combo of land and house we have seen.
