Wait wait!!!! I was kidding!!!! Renting is not burning cash! Renting is good!!!! That was all supposed to be dripping w sarcasm … Damned Internet. I don’t regret buying this place but my empty bank account makes me feel queasy. Not bashing!!!!!! And I won’t consider myself a homeowner until there is no mortgage.
