It’s rediculous to think that Americans don’t abuse gender and personal identities of children here and abroad. Even when short of pedophilia the ramifications are a disaster in my mind.

Gender and personal identity abuse in children is rampant in the world. Very prevalent and destructive in the United States and as a cultural export, even when short of outright physical manifestation of pedophilia like occurs in the sex industry around military bases.
