I would like to extend this thread to get more clues like, how the Auction working? What I am seeking or asking is, generally will these auction go with fair or some groups as lobbysts work there to increase price. How honest the things conducting. I am sure few of us might have attended and can give some pointers what steps that can guide us etc?
