A lot of useful information in this thread about this area. How about some info about schools?

Does anyone know how good the elementary school serving this area (Sandburg elementary) is?

How about Middle (Challenger) and high schools (Mira Mesa High)? I know that Mira Mesa high has had some bad reputation before. Has it changed?
