I never said that everyone should be compensated the same.
Compensation should be proportionately taxes.
Managers and union workers control how they are paid better than low level employees. All compensation should be taxes in my opinion.
I don’t see why certain employees (including managers and union workers) should enjoy large untaxed compensation (generous Cadillac plans) while others do not.

It’s better in America because we have more social equity and we have a large middle class. Universal health care is part of that.
