Article says Saturday night, not Sunday night.

I was actually stopped at a checkpoint in Lake Elsinore about a week ago. Looks like they are becoming very common.

San Elijo Road has become a major route between Carlsbad and the 15. Maybe on a Sat night, it is a major route between Cal State SM students and the bars on Carlsbad Village Drive.
