Nice long post but nothing to indicate you have a real solid perspective. I knew you were a dabller from the get go and knew your track record long ago. My post had nothing to do with you and me. It was about your heckling of Adam for no good reason.

As far as my record, I’ve done everything you have re telling others not to buy. I walked from a single transaction last year that was bigger than all your sales of the last 8 years combined. I sleep well at nite. Very well. I never count my commissions even a week before closing and sometimes they sit in the escrow for a while until i pick them up. I do not claim to be an expert. Experts get sued for claiming that. I bring tenacity, intelligence, alot of data and a balanced viewpoint to my clients. i never make decisions for them. I give them the data I would use to make the decision myself, I tell that what I would (if they ask) and then I tell them I’m very conservative and hate risk so what I do might not be the same as you.

You can bring whatever to this blog but when I see BS I call BS. I saw BS…….
