Agree here also. I think GM has needed a wake-up call for quite awhile and it may take something as deep as this to get it…up until recently they seem to think they call the shots in the industry. If they can wipe the slate clean and start fresh, I think that is really what is called for as painful as it’s gonna be.
People seem to ignore the quality stats of the past decade and just believe the biased reporting the media puts out with respect to GM quality. I’ve owned several of their recent products and they’ve been stellar, reinforcing the quality surveys I’ve seen.
No matter…since the public believes what they want GM/others have to discount prices giving me excellent deals! I win!
