I saw and heard people blabbering about “Money is easy and free” about 24 hours a day the last couple years in ads for HELOCS. People were seduced by it all. I’m amazed that more of my friends werent but most seem to have avoided the urge to leverage their homes for lifestyle. i guess I hang out with a boring lot.
