I never recommended people take action no matter the outcome. the truth is I am extremely coservative. A good 50% of the people I work with end up not buying a house from me because I make them wait for the right thing. For them it’s easier to find someone who will let them do what they want to just get it over with. its never that simple with me.
I dont benefit from any of the real estate transactions that people on this board participate in, at least not to my knowledge. I try to get people to think a little deeper and break outside of the boxes they are trapped in. For years those boxes contained thoughts that you had to buy a home no matter what. Now those boxes contain thoughts that there is no good reason to buy a house now no matter what. Neither is correct or a healthy state of mind.
