Socratt if we are talking about the bottom overall yes I could see much more then yes I could see a minimum of 25-30% like you said. However in just two years I am hesitant about such a great drop. As I have been saying over the past few months I am pushing out my guesstimate for a bottom. Especially for the higher end homes.
