In 05 and 06 my house was selling in the 900’s. Now it is low 700’s and next Fall I think mid to upper mid 600’s. After that I dont see much downward movement but thats just one dumbass’s opinion. If you were more specific as to what you like, I might be able to provide more useful guidance. You should have no problem finding something. you probably arent looking the right places or simply need better help.
