The Republican administration wants that bill but 2/3 of the Republicans voted against the bill.

They need to get their act together and get their own legislators to vote for it with some support from Democrats.

That’s how business is done.

It’s a failure of the Bush Administration to sell its plan to its own party. The Republicans should put their in order first before they can trusted to fix the country.
