Yes the offer is for 350k. The suckers bought it in 2007 for 630k and is currently listed at 439k. There are current buyers looking for deals but for me to just sign an offer accepted or not just signing an offer is a HUGE deal for this bear.

PS.. the particle board comment about cabinets is spot on. Really I was thinkin of buyin doors, vanities, ac units. That’s about it as I can get cabinets/granite for nothing now installed. My best bud got granite installed for $1500 total.
