That said, it sounds like they bought and installed those as well, so they are probably within their rights (so long as they leave it as it was when they bought it).

Now, if it was kitchen cabinets and ranges and dishwashers, that would be a different story.

A Google search of their phone number reveals that this was/is a General Contractor who owns a construction company and a home inspection company.
