ParticipantMostly looks like stuff they’re free to do with as they wish. The only thing they can’t sell are fixtures and the only thing(s) that looked like that were the microwave oven and the garage cabinet. That said, it sounds like they bought and installed those as well, so they are probably within their rights (so long as they leave it as it was when they bought it).
Now, if it was kitchen cabinets and ranges and dishwashers, that would be a different story.

GuestA Google search of their phone number reveals that this was/is a General Contractor who owns a construction company and a home inspection company.
