Edit: ok, my thoughts at the moment are… I’d rather have bot where you are than Skyranch in Santee

City Ventures (a new venture backed developer) picked up the distressed project from KB and is completing it – our experience with them has been great so far and the construction appears to be solid (although I’m no expert). We’ve done our research on the area, schools, etc. – it just seems like these are $100K underpriced and we can’t figure out why and wondered what others might know about it.
