Yeah I was gonna mention Feather Ridge (these are the two listings you brought up andy) if one is thinking about twin homes. Actually I like the Feather Ridge area better then the area mentioned by the OP because some (but not all) of the homes are quieter.
In the end though, both areas will get hit. Seems like Feather is dropping a bit quicker.
