I was curious why the bid was so low (about 1/5 of the owed price.)

Redfin showed a much smaller house on the angled views compared to the aerial views. And Bing showed the big house under construction…

How much do building lots go for in Cielo? Did someone miss a bargain lot? (I have no idea.)

To lazy to look but did you make sure that the foreclosing bene was the first? At that low of a bid it seems like it was the second at least. Just a guess…

You know the saying, if it looks to good to be true then it is. No way the sharks let this go.

Nope. This could be yours for 595 without the hassle of going to the trustee sale and then razing the remains of a burnt-down megamansion.

This is probably the most remote lot in all of “Rancho Santa Fe”, 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes to the nearest freeway.

Nope. This could be yours for 595 without the hassle of going to the trustee sale and then razing the remains of a burnt-down megamansion.

This is probably the most remote lot in all of “Rancho Santa Fe”, 15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes to the nearest freeway.
