Oooh, such experts- they were the ones selling option arm zero down interest only teaser garbage and telling folk they could just refi later when teaser rate was over. I guess you must’ve forgave them for their prior advice cause they turned into experts overnight and now exist only for the public interests?
Edit: I don’t think there are any out and out bulls here, but a lot who think housing in various parts of S.D have fallen enough to where you can find bargains without expecting instant appreciation.
