Well if they have plenty of offers I don’t understand the logic in lowering the listed price. Does it looks like confusing? What I am suspecious is the next news would be worst with unemployment spread and eventually FED would give up slowly to care more on housing as they need to gear up on how to provide or increase more employment ONLY

Well if they have plenty of offers I don’t understand the logic in lowering the listed price. Does it looks like confusing?
