    Question. Does one need to apply for a reassessment in order for SD Treasurer to do something? The reason why I ask is that I haven’t applied for a reassessment and yet today i get a mail stating that they have reassessed the current value and are reducing it.. just curious if this happened to anyone else.

    I got a letter saying prices are unchanged in my area (Scripps). Yeh!!! Hence they would not raise assessed value.

    I have a rental SFR in 92105 that has been reassessed. It was reassessed last year and has been reassessed again this year. The reassessment this year is more accurate.
