    2 Homes next door to each other, not the same exact house but close, over 220K difference in asking price at 40 bucks psf difference, one is bank owned:

    The second house is “value range” priced so the real asking price is $60K higher. That makes the price difference closer to $280K.

    Well, one house looks great and appears to have been landscaped as well. The other has a dirt yard so you can only imagine what the rest of the house looks like. Maybe not $200k worth of a difference but clearly worth more. OTOH, there are homes in carmel valley for under a million now that put both of these to shame.
