Casca: There will always be a large amount of vitriol surrounding this subject, but I agree wholeheartedly that once you take the plunge, you are on the hook financially, and you had better be damn sure about your decision. If you haven’t been through the wringer (divorce) before, it pays to heed the advice of those that have. I’ve gone through one before, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. The irony is that it was fairly amicable. Fairly being something of a relative term, of course.
