Litmus test: if someone were to give you that bridle ridge home, would you still say it's crap, just like if someone gave you a Ferrari, would you still say that's crap?
I wouldn't. Like i said, for example I do like some Derby Hills homes, minus some minor things. But fundamentally, I feel they're overpriced, and frankly I can' comfortably afford them. If I did have the financial means to buy a $1.5million home though, I'd probably look elsewhere for the same money.
Frankly, I'm glad they didn't put a gas station in this area. Who wants a gas station in their neighborhood, and plus there's a nice shell off of 56 in c.c.r.
