ParticipantNo there is not. MLS postings are regional. For San Diego just use sdlookup or other free sites. They should be fine for you but just realize they are a day or two off with respect to accuracy.

ParticipantI have heard (though not independently verified) that Sandicor will grant (read only) access to real estate students. The person who told me this was Lowell Knapp of Cuyamaca College. He was my real estate law professor at the time. I do not know if it was for his class only or what exactly.
