Back in 2005, Rich was one of the lonely few out there with the stones to go again the headwinds and simply tell the truth about the real estate crash coming down the pipeline. He (and us Piggingtons) was mocked mercilessly by the REIC and Greater Fools who wanted (needed) the Great Housing Ponzi Scheme to continue ad infinitum. Now keep in mind, it’s one thing for I and other Piggs to sit here and bad mouth the housing market because we have nothing to lose, it was quite another matter for Rich. Since he works in finance, his livelihood was on the line. He could’ve taken the easy route like most of the main stream media and simply kept pumping out NAR sponsored propaganda. Instead, he put his reputation on the line by spreading the truth about the imminent real estate crash.
So I want to be the first to send a grateful “Thank You” to Rich Toscano. He helped prevent my family from committing financial suicide by falling into the real estate trap.
