Macy was running 20% off coupon deals on everything in stores, including Coach handbags. In the past, they were excluded. Coach obviously wasn't happy, as it cut into their own sales. If coach were smart they would drop macy from the seller's list next time.
There were other designer stores that were offering unheard of discounts.
Also the day after Christmas at South Coast Plaze, unlike other years, wasn't too bad. It wasn't that crowded
Interesting that other stores like Home Depot, Sears and the like started discounting all their Christmas ornaments 3-4 days BEFORE Christmas as opposed to days after christmas.
