    Check the narrative of this MLS listing “Tennants are unaware house is being sold.”

    The address is listed, I’m thinking of printing this and mailing it to the tennants. How do they possibly think they can sell it without telling the tennant, wouldn’t the buyer want to see the inside, aren’t there inspections required?

    And people wonder where this distrust of Landlords or Realtors comes from.

    Don't waste your postage being a good samaritan.

    Do a reverse phone number lookup and call the guy. I won't post the listed phone number on the address here, but if I have time, I'll call and leave a message 🙂

    TG is right. The landlord is a jerk and I am sure what he sends out will come back to him in a kharmic kind of way.
