It’s likely just a marketing tactic to get you to come with a cashiers check and the prices for the Temecula and Murrieta tracts in the ad compared with the website only look like 10-20% off but I’m unfamilar with the markets for the other cities and counties they are doing this in. It says up to 50% off, maybe it is in one of the others or maybe they claim they will take an offer in that range, who knows. Either way, the new year is upon us and dr is firing the first shot, lets see how the others respond. Sorry, none of the San Diego properties are listed but they have such a minimal presence in S.D. despite being the largest home builder in the nation.

Kern, Riverside, San Bernadino counties. Properties there are already worthless and nobody is interested in buying those dumps even at half off!

If they offer half off in Orange County they have my attention otherwise it is just meaningless because I consider those locations as godforsaken worthless areas!
