Ok, for Kev. Man, get a clue. Just because she said no kisses on the first date, doesn’t necessarily mean she doesn’t want to see you again. Pay attention to her body language on the date and her tone of voice, facial expressions. Those things should give you a pretty good indication if she was enjoying herself with you.
Now, just ask her out again. As soon as possible if you like her. I wouldn’t go for another kiss on the next date, just watch her reactions to you and make her feel comfortable with you. On the third date, try and kiss her again.
