Is Craigslist not a good source? I looked at it and it seems practical and also seems to have a lot of listings. Please list the negatives about Craigslist and persuade me to expand my search options.
Thanks!!!!!

There are also various other small property management companies that specialize in managing SFRs for individual homeowners:
renthomes.com, utopiamanagement.com, sdppm.com, cal-prop.com
There may be more that specialize in the areas you are looking.December 5, 2007 at 8:36 AM #109292(former)FormerSanDieganParticipantSome sites: I’m sure you know about Signonsandiego (web version of the U-T) and/or sdrentals.com (used to be really good, not so sure since they’ve been bought by westside rentals).

It’s nice but I don’t think it’s any better than craigslist. I sold my car in 3 days using craigslist and had a bunch of hits. I do not work for craigslist.
