$289-309K is way too much for a condo (conversion?) in North Park within hearing distance of the freeway
The second link is an SFR – check out the front of this house – it reminds me of Thomas the Train or maybe Robbie the Robot sticking his head up through a hole in the ground – the eyelids even have stripes to simulate eyelashes – I mean that has to be worth at least $649K!

We live just south of St Augustines in North Park. I can’t figure this neighborhood out. The closer to University you get, the more apartments/condos there are and the more ghetto it seems. But there are plenty of houses still selling, slowly, for prices that don’t make sense.

Someone explain to me why someone would pay 800K for this stucco box? It just isn’t that nice of a house!

We live just south of St Augustines in North Park. I can’t figure this neighborhood out. The closer to University you get, the more apartments/condos there are and the more ghetto it seems. But there are plenty of houses still selling, slowly, for prices that don’t make sense.
