All it takes is one chump with a bad real estate agent to pay way too much for a property. And we all know there are plenty of chumps and plenty of bad real estate agents out there. Over the last year or so, and especially the last few months, even most of the chumps have been educated. Obviously not all of them, though.

Lots of houses in Carmel Valley get new kitchens, new wood floors, etc. Perhaps a flipper updated the house and then tried to get their money back out of it. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case.
