    When all of these papers and reports were coming out the past few years about how great this market is you all stood on your soap boxes preaching how wrong they were, this is not true, blah blah blah. You called the authors stupid, poked holes in everything and called the publications useless. Yet now there are all of these articles about forclosures, housing declines etc… and you guys are posting these things here like they are the the word of God. You call the UT great now yet in the past you called it every bad word in the book. I don’t see you guys taking any effort to poke holes in any of these recent stories or reports. It must be nice when you finally get that self affirmation that you have been searching for so long. Its like a woman asking if her ass looks fat in her jeans. She knows it does but she doesn’t want the truth. She only wants to hear what she wants to hear.

    It’s not about affirmation but rather education to masses of people who are not receiving it in the main stream media.

    They are always late and have a puppetmaster pulling the strings. We are independent researcher’s and thinkers who have decided to not drink the kool aid….and base financial decisions on historical economic models and cycles not the NAR’s “time to buy” campaigns…..

    Either way, we were right….and that feels a hell of a lot better than sitting on 4 houses in new developments and losing sleep every night…..and your wife ready to walk out on you for making dumb emotional decisions with your kids college fund…

    Like my Dad always said, sometimes you get the elevator and sometimes you get the shaft…..

    People on this site get the elevator…..
